Procedures For Us to buy your goods:
These are our procedures for buying your goods. Some are required by local or state law enforcement agencies, and others to protect our community and deter thieves from selling our company stolen merchandise.
Two forms of I.D. are required, one of which must include a photo. You must be 18 years of age or older. All merchandise must be clean and work (some exceptions allowed). Prices are negotiated on a daily basis. We will pay cash, offer a store credit, or make a trade for your merchandise.
MILBOURNE'S does not and will not buy any merchandise that appears to be stolen or does not belong to the person selling it! We want to be a service to our community and have zero tolerance for individuals who obtain property by false pretenses.

How much can I get for _________?
Unfortunately MILBOURNE'S cannot price your items over the phone. All items must be brought into the store location to receive an offer. The more your item is sought after by our customers the better we can pay you for it. We buy anything but pay most for the most desirable items.
What if I bring my item in and you don't want to buy it?
MILBOURNE'S always wants to buy merchandise however some merchandise is more valuable to us then other merchandise.
My item is too large to bring or I don't have a truck. What should I do?
Bring in detailed pictures of your item. Due to the high volume of emails sent we no longer accept emailed pictures. If you bring your pictures in and MILBOURNE'S staff determines we are able to come to an agreement with you, MILBOURNE'S can schedule a PICK-UP but understand our pickup list can be long. It is always best to bring your items in. Find a friend with a truck or Rent a UHAUL for $20.00
Do I need to make an appointment to sell my items?
If you are selling items during normal business hours NO! If you have special circumstances Yes.

THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT IN STORE
1) Fill out this sellers form.
2) Present 2 forms of identification to Milbourne's Buyer Associate.
NOTE: Buyer will take a still photograph of every customer selling merchandise and their ID before any offers are negotiated.
3)You will be required to bring your items into the store and buyer will take pictures of all items you are selling. These pictures will help the buyer log your items into our database once your items are purchased.
NOTE: If you do not have your items then pictures of your items can be presented to a Buyer Associate.
4) Buyer will begin negotiations.
